Terrorism, extremism and separatism are among the threats that have created new conditions for political and geopolitical games, but are inherently one of the main problems of modern world society. The presence of extremist organizations and terrorist organizations in cyberspace, especially in social networks, has created a situation that increases the threat to the stability of society. The world reality shows that terrorist and extremist organizations, by disseminating information of extremist nature, inciting national and religious hatred and hostility through social networks and websites are trying to seriously threaten the security, peace, independence and sovereignty of states. Existing threats compel nation-states to take more measures to ensure information security and protect the healthy ideology of their citizens. Virtual space, now often considered uncontrollable and borderless territory, is used by extremist groups as a key tool for self-serving purposes. Virtual space has no borders, and extremist and terrorist organizations operate freely in social networks, using the Internet to spread biased, fabricated and radical information and seek to negatively influence the state and all its values. Today, extremist groups are increasingly trying to achieve their nefarious goals in the information and social space, and at the same time the state and society need to take concrete measures. Of course, reacting to extremist and tendentious material is one of the measures in this process. The fight against extremism and terrorism must be fought collectively. Of course, solidarity in combating extremism is a key factor in maintaining stability and a means of ensuring national security. Today, one of us must be more active in defending and strengthening independence and freedom, protecting Tajikistan's national interests, which is our civic duty, and being able to inherit a developed, stable and sovereign state for future generations.
